Booking,Payment and Cancellations

Booking. If you have decided a range of date , and the Yacht of your preference, to reserve the space, please call 1-800-426 0802, or write to info@galapagosdivers.com, to ensure the Yacht availability, because spaces are sold every day.

Payments. Once your space is confirmed, $ 500.00 deposit per person is required.

Balance due 60 days prior the daparture date. For any last minute arragement, less than 60 days from the departure date,the full amount will be charged. If you already booked an space, from within USA.,you can send your check payable TO:

Outside USA., the best method for payment is a Bank transfer,after the payment is made, we will send you the proper Voucher-Invoice.

Cancellations. From 121 or more days prior to departure, the amount paid will be refunded in full, except for a $180.00 per person service charge. From 120 to 61 days prior to departure, all deposits are not refundable , From 60 days or less prior to departure,; the full payment will be applied as cancellation penalty. If cancellation is due to medical reasons of the passenger, a 50% refund will be made upon receipt of authentic medical documentation.

If the Yacht is chartered and all spaces were sold out, we will refund you in full,minus $180.00, after we find a replacement.
The purchase and payment for the tour, means that of all the above clauses described in this contract are accepted by the passenger.

Responsability. Galapagos Divers Inc., acts only as agents for the various companies, over whose lines tickets are issued and whose facilities are sold. Galapagos Divers Inc., and its agents assume no responsibility or liability in connection with the services or transportation provided. Specifically, but not in limitation of the above, Galapagos Divers Inc. and its agents, will not be responsible for any act error or omission, leading to any injury, illness, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned for any reason. These include but are not limited to, any defect in any vehicle or vessel or default of any company or person engaged in conveying, feeding or housing the passenger. The passenger will look solely to the respective owners or operators of such services for any damages or injuries that may arise. In the event it becomes necessary or advisable, for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty. Additional expenses, if any, shall be home by the passengers, conversely refunds will be made to the passengers if any savings are affected thereby.. The right is reserved to withdraw any or all tours, and the right to decline, accept or retain any passengers as members of the tours is at the sole discretion of the tour operators. In such instances, full or an equitable amount will be refunded. Airline fare quotes are for information purposes only and subject to change without notice.
Passengers are advised that political and social unrest may be present in the areas to be visited. Inquiry of the U.S State Department its embassies and consulates, can be made by the passenger to determine the latest information on such matters. By embarking upon his/her travel, the passenger voluntarily assumes all risks involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected. The passenger is hereby warned of such risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. The retention of tickets, reservations or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above and the agreement on the part of the passenger to convey the contents here to travel companions or group members.
